Stewart line cruises

Stewart line cruises, offer wonderful value for money coast & river cruises. See the glorious river Exe & Dawlish Warren from one of the river cruises, or explore the Jurassic Coast or may be just visit some of the coastal towns on one of their great cruises. I can highly recommend these cruises, I was fortunate enough to book a cruise on one of the nicest days of the year. The trip started from Exmouth, travelled around Dawlish Warren, up the river Exe, to enter the Exeter canal at Turf lock (Turf Hotel, cracking place) & travel up the canal to the Quay at Exeter. The scenery was stunning, the trip was just superb. There is a bar on board, food is also available & if you are a smoker you are allowed at the very rear of the boat to indulge yourself. I used the train to get to Exmouth & also the return from Exeter, lovely not having the car & you can have a beer or two. Lunch was enjoyed at The Quay Exeter, which is worth a visit on its own. Nikos Apartments, Arillas, Corfu

Nikos Apartments

We had a wonderful holiday staying at the Nikos Apartments Arillas. The apartments are a family run business, offering spacious, comfortable accommodation on the out skirts of the small resort of Arillas. We were taken care of by Margarita & her family & we had a superb holiday. Arillas is a small resort, ideal for a quieter break, but close to the busier amenities if required. The Nikos apartments are set in beautiful grounds, with stunning views. The apartments are a pleasant walk from the sea front, which on the return leg we combined with a small shop, at the mini market, or a drink at one of the bars or Taverna's. The Nikos Apartments have a lovely pool, bar & restaurant area & so there is no need to leave the complex, if you become as lazy & as contented as we were.
